Refund and Return Policy

At LumosLab, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refund or Return

To be eligible for a refund or return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receiving the product.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Process for Refund or Return

To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team at lumoslab.shop@gmail.com to request a return label.
Ship the item(s) back to us by the return label. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
